Holidays can be an exciting time for many, but they can also be quite stressful. Join together for a morning centered around self-care tips for mamas: the physical, spiritual, and most importantly the mental! Often it is difficult to stay on track with your wellness goals around this time of year. Perhaps you are already feeling overwhelmed and stressed. This is the perfect mini retreat for you!

Come meet other moms, connect, and learn techniques to help you not only survive the holidays, but enjoy them. With busy schedules and taking care of another human being, it is difficult to take care of one’s self, this event will go into the dos and don’ts. Our host, Dr. Rachel, will explore solutions for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and balance within your day. You will leave feeling a renewed sense of self with tips on accessible self care and how to stay sane for the holidays. 

About Dr. Rachel:

Dr. Rachel is a mom and clinical psychologist who specializes in stress reduction, weight management and health behavior change.  She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at NYU School of Medicine and has a private practice in NYC. She has been featured in many health related articles including CNN, USA Today, The New York Times, TIME, Shape, and Women’s health. Dr. Rachel is a new mom and is passionate about helping others live healthier and happier lives by promoting positive behavioral changes. 

Mom Mini Retreat Cost is $60 for workshop 9:30am to 12pm
