Join me for nurturing meditation to help soothe your nervous system, lovingly connect to the peace within and experience a deep sense of relaxation.

Please have access to a quiet place where you can sit or lie down without being interrupted.

This easy to follow practice is perfect for meditator of all levels. Beginners are welcome!
