Spiritual Laundry is an energy healing class designed to shed your human layers so that you can tune into your soul’s vibration. Connect to your intuition and be guided to find answers, release beliefs that feel constrictive, and ultimately, align your heart to a higher frequency. You will experience breathwork, reiki, and a group meditation to quiet the mind, balance the emotions, and detox the physical body. Maria will also educate you on a variety of self-healing tools to practice at home. The evening will conclude with a beautiful healing sound bath that works on a cellular level to promote deep rest and relaxation.

Born and raised in Colombia, Maria is a spiritual guide, an intuitive healer, and a Kundalini Yoga teacher. An artist from a very young age, she tapped into the subtle world of energy healing through visualizations and soul regressions led by her South American teachers. Fascinated by this unspoken world, she has done extensive studying in many profound philosophies and spiritual fields. Her classes are a container of pure vibration and unconditional love.
