Our Weekly Doula Homeschool Online Digital Professional Training Program

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have come up with a way to ensure that your doula training continues: Mama Glow Doula Homeschool: Level 2 brings the training right into the comfort of your home.

The weekly program will take place MONDAYS & THURSDAYS starting July 12th – July 29th and will be offered at $525.00
This format is unique for the summer. We will offer class twice a week over the course of 3 weeks. Please scroll down to see the full training schedule. The virtual program will include hours of LIVE video training via Zoom with Latham Thomas and modules with guest teachers, digital assignments to complete at home. Plus opportunities for group and partnered work and ample time to connect digitally for face-to-face chat online with your doula siblings.
This is open to all Mama Glow Doula trainees who have completed Level 1 Immersion or Homeschool and are ready to keep up the momentum and support families along the postpartum continuum.
Our work at Mama Glow is to improve the experience of birth for people everywhere. We are changing the face of maternal health by empowering birthing people at the threshold of change in their lives. We see birth as a unique opportunity to support and empower birthing people as well as educate society about the innate strength of the body and the sacred process of pregnancy and birth. We offer full spectrum support for fertility, birth clients and new parents, holding their hands as they transition into this new phase of their lives. We seek to dismantle the stigmas and fears around the birth process. We also work to democratize birth support and have birth doulas available for every person who desires one.
We are thrilled to be hosting our LIVE online digital Homeschool program to accommodate folks form all backgrounds.
The 3-week program will be jam packed with content and assignments. As birth activism is central to the pulse of our mission and training, we will continue to weave the thread of advocacy with our distinguished, world-renown and award-winning guest teachers. Our unique LEVEL 2 format will expand in subject matter and depth upon our foundational LEVEL 1 training, taking a deeper dive into complicated birth and the postnatal experience. The course includes preparation and education for postpartum doula support. It is our belief that every doula who emerges from the immersion program should be equipped to serve birthing people before, during and after pregnancy. To that end, in addition to labor and birth support, all doulas who have completed LEVEL 2 will be equipped to support birthing people through the postpartum period.

After completion of the LEVEL 2, 3-week express program and the completion of course certification materials you will be MAMA GLOW certified. LEVEL 2 will prepare doula trainees to begin working in all settings including in traditionally underserved communities. Doulas who have completed level 2 are prepared to support mothers and birthing people in the postnatal period. Many of our doulas have successfully transitioned into full time doula work.
Curriculum will be reviewed at the beginning of the training week.

$525.00 Weekly program + processing fees (This is a discounted tuition fee for all returning students.)
MAMA GLOW DOULA HOMESCHOOL: Level 2 will live classes will be hosted via Zoom as part of your online digital course.
