Ancient techniques for modern-day living. Using breath, mantra, meditation, and kriya, we practice Kundalini to awaken the doormat excellence within and strengthen the excellence we’ve been using to live and hold a prosperous life.

Join Tara Loop, certified Kundalini practitioner and holistic nutritionist Wednesday, July 7, 7 pm at Red Barn to tap into your potential and activate your prosperity. 

Tara will guide you through a 1-hour class that will include breathing, meditation, and kriya and share tips and tools to implement into a daily practice of self-care and ritual to bring you closer to your dreams and vision. 

The class will be 1 hour – bring a yoga mat and/or sheepskin, and a blanket.
