Ancient techniques for modern-day living. Using breath, mantra, meditation, and kriya, we practice Kundalini to awaken the doormat excellence within and strengthen the excellence we’ve been using to live and hold a prosperous life.

Join Tara Loop, certified Kundalini practitioner, Wednesday, June 16th, 6 pm at Red Barn to tap into your potential and activate your prosperity. 

Tara will guide you through a 1-hour class that will help strengthen your nervous system, energize your mind and body and give you tools you can apply at home.

The class will be 1 hour – bring a yoga mat and/or sheepskin, and a blanket.
