Intro to Hypnosis

about this event

This training is an introduction to healing art of Hypnosis, one the easiest, oldest and most misunderstood tools for transformation.

Begin by demystifying the practice we will explore the history, myths, science and ethical issues related to the practice of hypnosis. Drawing from an Integrative hypnosis approach we will learn the basics of self-directed neuroplasticity, parts therapy, energy psychology and creative visualization.
