Intensive with Breathwork, Group Transcendation & Authentic Relating

about this event

This holiday season — with its pressures, stresses, and expectations — is the perfect opportunity to commit some quality time to yourself. Join Meg and Prasad, who together have decades of personal growth, coaching, and facilitation experience, for this divine day of transformation.

***ABOUT THE MODALITIES IN THE INTENSIVE***

~Authentic Relating~

If you’re ready to go (way) beyond small talk and practice being authentic in a supportive space where REAL is the norm, you will love this methodology. Authentic Relating Games are tried-and-tested, fun and highly interactive. They take the form of partner and group exercises in which you get to know yourself and your fellow participants better. Authentic relating helps you to develop and deepen skills including active listening, empathy, and self-awareness.

~Breathwork~

“Breathwork” refers to various breathing practices that are scientifically shown to positively influence a person’s mental, emotional and/or physical state. For thousands of years, breathwork has been practiced in China, India, Japan, and Tibet for healing and maintaining good health. Evidence of breathwork dates back to 2700 B.C.E. in China and 3000 B.C.E. in India. Certified in Pranayama Yoga, Prasad will lead the breathwork. In his sessions, Prasad weaves in his deep dives into Holotropic, Wim Hof Method, and re-birthing for a potent, organic experience. Meg, who is a Wim Hof Instructor in training, will assist.

~Group Transcendation~

In Group Transcendation, we progress through personal blocks in a collective setting, uncovering hidden self-knowledge and gaining true clarity.

Transcendation is a synthesis of many transformational practices and methods, in addition to being a uniquely and divinely revealed modality. It begins with intention — the reason or motivation for our desire to transform. There is an undeniable power in stating our intentions aloud in a safe, supportive environment. After our intentions are shared (and possibly clarified), we begin exploring. This can be at times exhilarating, terrifying, enthralling, monotonous, neutral, repetitive, glorious, and frequently: all of the above.

Transcendation is composed of two parts: transcending (to rise above or go beyond) and celebration (participating in an uninhibited good time).
