For beginners to yogis who want to deepen their practice, come to learn the foundations of yoga and how to incorporate movement, breathwork and yoga philosophy into your everyday modern life. Learn practices that will help you live, move and breathe with greater ease. This session will demystify yoga philosophy and break down yoga poses (as well as their Sanskrit names) so you can create your own home sequences for the needs of your body and feel more confident in a yoga studio or group environment.
