MAT PILATES – MOVE YOUR BEAUTIFUL BODY! with KARIN CLARKE

TUESDAY, JULY 12TH | 6:30 – 8 PM | $22

A Pilates mat class designed for everyone to build strength and stamina. We will go through a series of movements to challenge your balance, improve posture, create flexibility, burn calories, tone and connect your mind to your beautiful body! Required to bring: mat and a towel.

If you would like to add support and/or challenge to this class, you may bring a small (5” – 9”) exercise ball.

This class is for everyone and does not require previous experience. This does not mean that experienced people will not be challenged. Come ready to laugh, breathe, and take an hour for yourself!

Karin Clarke is certified as a Pilates instructor, Integration & Health Coach and Massage Therapist. She has been helping people find wellness and sustainable change in their lives for over 25 years.
