Join me for a healing in person breathwork group!

Breathwork is an ancient and powerful tool for healing and alignment. For thousands of years people across cultures have been using various breathing practices and techniques to enhance physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, to deepen the connection with the divine within or reach altered states of consciousness, and to expand command over the entire energetic and physical body. The practice I work with is uniquely suited for modern life, efficiently, safely, and effectively dropping the breather into a deeply meditative altered state of consciousness. 

No two experiences are the same, but common benefits of the practice include emotional release, ease of physical tension, relaxation, relief from anxiety, improved sleep, deeper connection to self and better alignment between the mind, body and spirit.
