Healing the Father Wound

about this event

An integral aspect of stepping into our power, strength and purpose as adults involves the willingness to explore, grieve and move on from our past wounding. Many womxn carry with them the pain, trauma, shame and heartbreak of wounding incurred through painful relationships or experiences with father figures, including abandonment, abuse, death, mental illness, estrangement.

Join us on August 19th for a group process circle and ceremony, lead by Holistic Psychotherapist Kathleen Dahlen deVos (MA LMFT). We’ll witness each other in the sharing and reclaiming of our stories, discuss what is—and is not—our responsibility in the work of repair, explore healthy boundary building, and create ceremony around calling in a new, supportive relationship with the masculine, both in our personal lives and out in the world.

This group will be limited to womxn only, as content will focus on re-balancing the disintegration of masculine/feminine energies that can occur when we are carrying wounds that are linked to the masculine.
