Food for Thought Series: Thankful – The Power of Gratitude

about this event

Join us for a gathering of women to relax, restore, connect and grow with Wellness Coach Tracey Pontarelli. Our second session is focuses on Brain Health. This class is part of a monthly series. Tracey believes there is a path for everyone to become a stronger, healthier and happier person. And it should be easier than it seems. Daily stresses and confusing information can make it HARD. Her guiding principles are:

  • pursue your passions
  • take some risks
  • have a sense of humor
  • love yourself and others

Consider Tracey your cruise director, helping you find a path to a happier and healthier life. Sound like something for you? Let’s get salty! Series is also followed by an optional connection lunch. Each session is individual.

About Tracey Pontarelli:

My own passion for health really took off in my 20s when I became an exercise instructor while also working in public relations.  As my PR career took off, fitness moved to a passion vs. a profession for a few years.  Marriage and three wonderful children followed, and as many people do, I found myself again in a new chapter, looking for a way to continue to be of service to others while having some flexibility to be more available to my children.  So I re-certified in group instruction, personal training and wellness coaching.  I now instruct and privately train at Exceed Physical Culture and BodMod Fitness in New York City.

But I realized I could be helping more people and making a bigger impact in the world. That’s where Team Transformation was born.  Now, I also coach and build the health and wealth of passionate people all around the world and have time for my most important job, family – raising three wonderful kids.  My husband and I are natives of Rhode Island, the biggest little state in the union, where we head when we need to get out of the hustle and bustle of NYC.

I am a Well Coaches Certified Wellness Coach and have personal training certification from ISSA, group fitness and youth training certification from AFAA, TRX Level 1 training and am CPR/AED certified.  I’ve completed the Digestive Intensive Program from Replenish PDX.

Food For Thought is $40 per session
