Hello my name is TravisBrewer.ninja and I am a social entrepreneur and movement ninja aka an entrepreninja. I have been a finalist on American ninja warrior, World Calisthenics.org Battle of the bars champion, and 2x Guinness world record holder.
My joy is to help strengthen and awaken the mind, body, spirit ninja inside us while teaching the fun in functional movement.
What you will walk away with is learning the 7 functional movement patterns that every human uses on a daily basis. In addition we cover Fun and functional workouts to strengthen you foundation, your body, mind and spirit. We will also be going over a meditation as well.
This project is for anyone looking to add to a foundation of movement and meditation in your life.
