The predictions suggest at least another 4 months. With each new day, it becomes increasingly evident that our world has changed, even if only temporarily. We have been given this greater responsibility for taking good care of each other and ourselves. More than ever, we have to allow ourselves the opportunity to express all the changes, all the challenges and all the possibilities we are processing so quickly … to dance what is dire and to shake off what is not … so we can feel into our truth, our essential nature again and again. WE ARE ALIVE …THANKFULLY! We dance as a way of feeling into the courage, the commitment and the truth of where we are in our life right now…as a way of remember what matters most.
WE heard your call for extended dances and international guest DJs, so we are trying our best to bring more of these dance opportunities to your homes. Here’s the first one:
JOIN US THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 4 when ERIC MANDALA will take you on a shamanic journey allowing you to let go and connect to your true nature. Surrender to the ancient ritual and be the dance fully embodied in the now and in the experience of ecstatic bliss rising in consciousness. follow your heart and dance as if no-one is watching and you are floating up in the clouds flying with the eagles.
Eric is a Producer, Composer, Multi-Instrumentalist, Instrument Maker, Visionary, World traveler, Founder of “Mandala World Music” an international ethnic fusion world music group with people from all around the world. Co-Founder of “Spirit Travelers” An Electro/Tribal group. He has traveled around the world collaborating with 100’s of artists under the name Mandala.
His focus is to bring sacred styles of art and instrument together for a new fusion in this multi-cultural world. To spread the love through music and raise the collective consciousness of awareness & peace.
When performing Eric uses live looping & plays over 100 ethnic and modern instruments from around the world with his Electronica Production. He sings in Universal Language mixing ancient tongues and ethnic styles of vocals with modern sound scat poetry. He builds & plays African harps like the Kora & Kamale N’goni.
Eric Mandala has played on, produced, and recorded over 15 albums around the world. Ecstatic dance is freestyle dance – move however you wish – honour your body – dance with bare feet – no experience necessary – for all ages, genders, cultures & sizes – respect yourself and one another – dance in comfortable clothes to move in – have water to drink – alcohol-free and recreational drug-free – safe and sacred space – let the music take you on a journey

We come as we are to sweat, dance and connect with ourselves and each other. You can dance as you wish, big or small, lying on the floor or jumping in the air. We create a safe space that is inspiring and uplifting. It is also nonverbal, barefoot, alcohol/drug-free to keep the experience intentional. This is a place where you can feel free to move and express whatever is alive in you and whatever comes up when you shake up your cells.
