The multi-instrumental musical artist & DJ KR3TURE is joining us at Ecstatic Dance LA for the first time, and during this penultimate event of 2019 we are going all the way in!!! If you’ve been to our dance before you know exactly what that means… if not you’ve got to show up to experience the otherworldliness of Ecstatic Dance LA. Our dance floor is a jungle of movement just waiting to be discovered!
At #EDLA we love DJs who are also musicians, they always bless our dance floor with sonic delights, that come straight from their own special love & connection with music. KR3TURE (“Creature”) is a multi-instrumentalist and producer based out of Santa Cruz, CA. Borrowing from various bass music genres, KR3TURE creates a unique signature sound that is soulful, sexy, and sublime, making bodies move and spirits lift. Live performances include improvisations on instruments like tenor sax, guitars, flutes, harmonica, and many others, making him a phenomenal one-man band.
His other musical projects include feral fauna and audiafauna and the buzz he has been generating because of his excitement, musical aesthetic, and live energy continues to grow.
We are so grateful to have KR3TURE make his EDLA debut during his current tour he’s an amazing multi talented artist who we’re sure will be loved by our community.

Ariana is an energetic ritual leader who knows how to spark the fun dance fire! All of this is only possible with music that is soooo good that it makes the body move and groove naturally. Music that starts slow, connected to the elements, and builds up to the ecstatic fire of dance! What to expect? ✨movement meditation, prana flow yoga, fun & connection, world music, ecstatic dance, sacred space, ritual experience, all are welcome / inclusive✨

Ariana shares Yoga Trance Dance® at Yoga Teacher Trainings and at Festivals, like the Oregon Eclipse Fest, Sedona Yoga Festival, Desert Daze, San Fran Green Fest, Mantra Mela, Love Long Beach Fest and more! A California native with a global vision, Ariana is a resident teacher at Ecstatic Dance LA, Bhakti Yoga Shala and at Yogalution. You can also join Ariana for Yoga Trance Dance Teacher Training in London and California. In 2012, Ariana co-created Free Yoga On The Beach in Long Beach. Education includes: MA in Counseling, 500 RYT, Shiva Rea Samudra Global Yoga School and Cloud 9 Yoga. Ariana is living life full on through service, adventure, community, and movement. Simply put, here for love.

➤ How it works:
We open with a special warmup yoga or movement class facilitated by a skilled practitioner. The opening class blends seamlessly into the the two hour freeform dance journey facilitated by our guest DJ. At the end of the DJ set we close with a sound bath or group exercise to ground and complete the experience.
