The chakras are the source of energy for the organs and meridians, when our chakras are under or over active our bodies can’t function optimally. Having them balanced and aligned not only helps us feel centered it also allows our energy to flow properly in our body which keeps us physically and emotionally healthier.

The Deep Chakra Series is a 7 week healing journey through the chakras to bring your system back into optimal alignment.

Each week in the group we will:

– Learn about each chakra and how it relates to us

– Use techniques to ground affirmations for the chakra into our systems

– Receive focused Reiki and sound healing to clear traumas, fears and emotions held in the chakra

We’ll be working with one chakra at a time starting with our foundation, the root chakra, working our way up the chakra system each week.

Your facilitator is acclaimed energy healer and Reiki Master teacher, Mitra Sessions. She’ll be bringing a decade of energy healing experience and wisdom to support your deep healing.

The group starts on October 10th and runs for 7 Saturdays at 9:30-10:30am Pacific / 12:30-1:30pm Eastern / 5:30-6:30pm UK and the series costs $144 / £108. Your ticket purchase covers all 7 weeks of the class – 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/, 11/14, 11/21.
