Create Your Own Closure: An Interactive Breakup Ceremony

about this event

Looking for closure?

Breakups can leave us feeling incomplete, stranded in the middle of nowhere totally unprepared: no map, no compass, no light to lead the way.

When we hold on to the past, we carry that baggage into our future, and it can have a serious impact on our lives.

Closure is something you can create for yourself. I didn’t have full closure from my ex for about two months after the relationship, and that was my choice. Then, one day, I realized I was ready to finally let go, and that’s when I held a closure ceremony for our relationship. It was liberating!

Whether you got ghosted, broken up with out of the blue, the relationship ended with no explanation, or you’re still holding on to a past relationship, this workshop is the opportunity to get complete– and do it on your own terms.

In this virtual event, breakup coach Paige Wilhide will walk you through a powerful ceremony to create closure from a past relationship and feel lighter and freer to move forward into your next one.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are harboring resentment from a past relationship
  • You feel incomplete from your last breakup
  • Holding on to a past relationship is impacting your current relationship
  • You’re ready to move on from your ex
  • You want closure!

What You’ll Need:

  • A comfortable space
  • A journal
  • A candle
  • Sage or palo santo
  • An open heart

*ADD-ON option*: Following the workshop, there will be a group anger release session. This is a powerful and safe way to express the emotion around your breakup and release any stuck feelings. This session will last 45 minutes (from 4:00-4:45 PT / 7:00-7:45 ET) and is available as an add-on for an additional fee.

Ground rules:

  • Come as you are: I’m rolling out the red carpet for all parts of you. Come messy, pissed off, sobbing, excited, anxious, or anything in between. There is space and approval for you AND all of your emotions. In fact, feeling your feelings is celebrated here!
  • Zero judgement: When you attend the workshop, you’ll be entering a sacred virtual space, and judgement of any kind will not be tolerated. This safe space offers full approval and love for your entire process.
  • Confidential: I am dedicated to creating a place where you can feel safe to share honestly and vulnerably. By signing up for this event, you agree to uphold the agreement that “whatever happens here, stays here”.
