Please join us for an evening of cacao, fire offerings, soundbath, sacred songs and community sharing at the beautiful Urban Aldeia at Yanapuma, Venice.
This is an evening designed to take you on a beautiful journey towards relaxing your body, expanding your mind and opening your heart.
We will start in a circle, and while sipping on ceremonial grade Cacao and sharing some sacred songs, we will offer our prayers and intentions to the Fire using elements like tobacco, flowers, corn, sugar, and more.
Then, you will be taken on a healing and soothing journey of sounds and vibrations using an array of instruments including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, a New Moon Gong, drums, chimes and more.
The vibrations of sound stimulate our physical body by penetrating our nervous system and recalibrating our cells, and also work on a mental, emotional and spiritual level, helping to purify the mind, find focus and connect with our inner selves.
The magical combination of cacao and sound will make you leave this gathering feeling a state of bliss, relaxation and joy, and ready to embrace the new year with an open heart and a big smile on your face!
What to Expect:

A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
Blankets and layers. We will have a fire but it can get chili outdoors so please bring extra layers!
An open heart and mind
A bottle of water
Any personal sacred items you’d like to have with you

Instruments – if you’d like to play along or share a song! (rattles, drums, etc)
