Cacao Ceremony + Sound Healing with Florencia Fridman

about this event

Join us Wednesday July 7th for an evening of healing led by Cacao Lab co-founder Florencia Fridman. Cacao helps us connect to the natural world and has been used as a ceremonial beverage in indigenous communities for centuries. Florencia will lead us through a journey of heart opening and connection, beginning with Cacao Ceremony and leading into a Sound Healing experience. After the meditation, we will serve our beloved Blue Lotus tea and Florencia will lead us through a discussion and reflection. In the Mayan calendar, July 7th is the energy of Kan- the life force, the essence of life.

Florencia Fridman is a self-empowerment artist working with heart opening therapies involving Ceremonial Grade Cacao, yoga, sound journeys, and breath as instruments for transformation.
