Join Bree and Kathleen for an active Breath Work and Sound Bath meditation. The session will include about 30 minutes of guided, active breath work which is a somatic experience that can help release tension in the body, stuck emotions, as well as blocks or limiting beliefs from the past.  The breath work will be followed by a meditative sound bath to integrate and process anything that comes up during the session. Expect to leave feeling lighter and more connected through this community experience. 

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring warm layers, a yoga mat, and a waterbottle.
