They say it takes a village, but are we really showing up for each other? This interactive community class offers a chance to meet and connect with other new parents/ babies and discover the benefits of Breathwork meditation.
We will take turns holding space for each other and one another’s babies, while small breakout groups do mini Breathwork meditation sessions in a separate part of the space . Breathwork helps regulate the body, recenter, de stress, and reduce anxiety. It can be especially helpful for new parents as a way to reconnect with themselves and practice self-care.
