Can we access happiness in these—or any other—challenging times? Does mindfulness have anything to do with happiness?

Join Mitra Manesh, UCLA’s senior mindful living educator, to find answers to these and any other questions you may have about the cultivation and application of happiness in everyday life.In this timely, 3-week applied mindfulness class, we’ll explore meanings, identify obstacles, and learn tools to invite and experience happiness in our homes and hearts. This course is offered in collaboration with UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center, and is suitable and open to anyone interested in being happy, from the inside out.
