Good Grief! TNN X Whole Collective

about this event

In partnership with Whole Collective, and sponsored by The KINN, The New Normal invites you to join us as we launch in the states with a special evening together: Good Grief!

Grief is a fundamental part of life and intimately tied to our very existence, yet rarely explored.

The doors grief can open for us personally, in relation to others, for one’s greater existence cannot be measured in any satiating way. We’re excited to share our world of grief – in a truly unique way.

An odyssey. In community. In love. In levity. In it’s fullness.

Jordan Chiu, Aryssa Pujia and Julie McFadden (Hospice Nurse Julie) will join us on a panel, moderated by TNN’s founder, Benjamin May

Amber Deylon & Jenn Parma creators of Grieve + Breathe will then guide us through a beautiful heart centered breathwork practice and connection with ourselves and one another.

Is this event for only those who have lost someone in death? No, this event is a container for the full spectrum of grief. We all hold grief, whether we’re aware of it or not. This is an invitation into a space for connection, love, levity and all things in between.

Founded in 2018, The New Normal is changing the way we discuss our grief, mental health and well-being in open and honest spaces. All proceeds go directly towards launching The New Normal’s completely free virtual and in-person Good Grief meetings in the states.

We are first and foremost an inclusive space. Tickets are $30 – please be in touch if you need financial assistance. Everyone deserves access to grief support; we gotchu!

Introducing Whole Wednesdays by Whole Collective. Where we go DEEP in connection. With ourselves, and with each other. Exploring themes around the mind and body, finding purpose, creativity, and how we navigate being a human, which can be pretty hard at times.
