Join us for a ‘party with a purpose‘ at the doorsteps of Big Banks to demand they stop funding rainforest destruction. Welcome to the Amazon Uprising.

We believe social action should be fun and our goal is to turn out thousands of people for a concert like march through the streets coupled with a powerful demand to the banking industry.

We will have well known DJ’s, Art Cars, Indigenous Leaders, Youth Activists, and a super cool lit up stage at the bottom of Big Bank towers.

This is a Free Event and, for every person who shows up, our partners will fund the protection of ¼ acre of rainforest to Indigenous Tribes which also saves 200 trees and 2,500 animals! If thousands of us show up, that’s millions of trees defended forever from destructive business practices.

We will meet at 12:30 pm at 630 W. 5th st in Downtown LA and the march will start at 1:30. The march is 1 mile, passing by 9 banks and ending up at the stage we’re setting up at
333 S. Hope St., the base of the 2 bank towers. We’ll have live music and programming until 7:00 pm with
food trucks close by.

This is a Party with a Purpose. Come ready to have fun and make a difference. This is peaceful, high vibe event and all ages are welcome.
