Join us for our annual 200-Hr Vinyasa Yoga certification training emphasizing creative & intelligent sequencing, the chakra system, philosophy, mythology & mantra. Study with Light On Lotus founder Kate Duyn & senior teacher Vance Vlasek. In addition to a full and well-rounded curriculum, you will get the valuable hours of practice teaching and guidance needed to find your voice as a teacher. Following completion of the certification, trainees have the opportunity to continue their yoga education through mentor-ships with current Light On Lotus teachers and get in-studio practice teaching and resume building through community classes.
