Movement with the chakras + Intention setting for the new moon

Join us for an evening of movement and reflection under the darkness of the new moon. In this Yin Yoga & Chakra aligning workshop you will set your intentions for the next twenty-eight day cycle. We will begin with pranayama breathing techniques and set our intentions for renewal, then build toward seven rounds of chandra namaskar (lunar salutation) moving meditation. After gently warming the body, we will take a journey through the body's energy portals known as chakras with a series of seven rejuvenating movement practices, known as asanas. A final guided meditation will serve to recalibrate our seven energy portals, leaving you prepared to receive abundance during the next moon cycle.
