Processing our first menstrual story and letting go of the shame. Shifting how we approach our bodies and forming a new relationship to our cycles.
Charting Your Cycle To Align With Moon Phases:
Paula will teach you how to properly chart your cycle and why it is empowering to align your cycle with the moon phases. We will also learn the importance of using products like WMN Moon Cup, Thinx underwear and organic tampons and pads.
Body Activation During Your Cycle:
Bring more awareness to your body by activating the pelvic floor and sacral center. Through a combination of yoga, pilates, barre and dance we will tap into our feminine energy. LAUREN WEISMAN, master movement teacher will co-facilitate with Paula Mallis
Herbs + Oils To Support Your Cycle:
Discovering medicinal herbs and essential oils to balance our cycles. Kari Jansen, founder of POPPY & SOMEDAY, will co-facilitate the conversation with Paula Mallis.
