This dinner will truly celebrate the bounty, beauty and abundance of Mother Earth
We will feast on her literal fruits, imbibe her rich milk, savor her pearls, and connect with her wisdom, medicine and cleverness through the garden of her earthy delights
Everything we eat will be sourced from caring local farmers using organic and sustainable practices. The chefs will hand select each ingredient and use their skills to enhance but not interfere with nature’s design
They will focus on the wholeness of ingredients. Think grilled asparagus and rainbow carrots with coriander carrot top pesto, kumquat braised artichokes and whole baby turnips roasted in tomatillo butter
The season will dictate the menu and we will enjoy eating in the present moment, aligned with our environment, experiencing food within the natural order of life
