Harvest Moon Gathering.
The theme for the Full Moon in Pisces on September 6th is to "Harvest Endeavors." This is the time to harvest the intentions and wishes we have sown this year. It is the time to gather, share sacred space, and rid off what is keeping us lost in the past as we move forward together and tap into the divine healing power of the feminine.
In order to be able to let healing in, we must first learn to let go. Taking the time to "clean house" and let go of what is weighing us down is needed at this time, especially after the August eclipses and Mercury retrograde.
Together, we will gather at Dockweiler State Beach. Our Lunar cleanse will include a yoga class focusing on women's health, guided meditation, a discussion on Ayurveda self-care rituals, a sacred bonfire ceremony to invoke our inner goddesses, and a handmade zine of self-care practices and Ayurvedic recipes to take home. Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, gives us the guidelines for how to live our lives in a state of peace and happiness, how to create joy in our personal as well as social lives, and how to create balance within and without our bodies. Everything we do has a particular doshic characteristic, such as the way we treat ourselves. The way we care for our bodies has the capacity to shape our mindset and energy towards the world around us. Valerie, of Sun and Moon Ayurveda, has a focus on Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle, and herbal medicine. Ho'ola Mamma, Adrienne, has a focus on kinesiology, yoga, plant-based nutrition, and Ayurveda. Together, they share a love for creating a safe and sacred space to explore your inner feminine power. Event details and location will be given upon registration. Looking froward to sharing space with you, goddess.
