Plant Miami launches our first Guest Chef Dinner with Ghee Indian Kitchen’s Chef-Owner Niven Patel. Patel will be collaborating with Plant’s culinary power duo, Executive Chef Horacio Rivadero, and Pastry Chef, Veronica Manolizi, to create a four-course Indian inspired plant-based and vegan menu. Together the Chefs will guide diners through a culinary journey featuring locally sourced ingredients from “Paradise Farms” and “Rancho Patel” that invigorate the palate with the flavors and scents of an Indian spice cabinet. Curated beverages will include Patel’s locally crafted beer and specialty craft cocktails from Plant’s mixology team.
Guests will be assigned seating prior to the Dinner. We can only guarantee guests who purchased tickets together will be seated together. If you would like to be seated with another guest(s), please send your request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Valet parking available.
