What to expect: The first 20 minutes of class will be spent with a chat about different methods for getting grounded, when and where in our lives it can be helpful. This is followed by a Q&A and then guided meditation for getting grounded so you can FEEL the strong sensation of grounding in your body, making it easier to return to it any time.
