On Monday, May 6th, 2018, a federal appeals court – along with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), ruled that CBD officially be classified as a Schedule 1 controlled substance. No one seems to be panicking in the industry, but as doctors, entrepreneurs, and health and wellness professionals grow into the space, the issue has become more controversial. Now is the time for Cannabis LAB members to meet, learn and discuss the implications of this ruling and the road ahead. We invite you to join us for a moderated panel discussing the risks, strengths, opportunities and effectiveness of CBD from the viewpoint of an attorney, doctor and CEO.
As the cannabis industry continues to grow and evolve so too must the business professionals, entrepreneurs and executives entering the space. Come join Cannabis LAB to meet your peers from within the industry or if you are looking to find out more. If you are an attorney, accountant, investor or looking to meet likeminded professionals who can answer your questions or connect you to the resources you need then we are here for you.
