In this healing circle we will talk about the power of expression. We all know our words have power, as does our silence. What happens if we give voice to the expression that wants to move through us, and give space for it to be softly spoken into fruition? What type of empowerment do you feel when the unspoken words are spoken with softness, and a gentleness from self.
