What happens when we embrace our darkness as a part of who we are? What if we allowed ourselves to ask questions about what we’re exploring within, about the darkness and the light, rather than expecting our life to fall strictly in the happiness and light category? This healing circle will be focused on calling forth the parts of ourselves we’ve identified as darkness, the parts of ourselves we’ve hid because we’re afraid of, and allowing them to be. Be a part of who we are, be a part of what we’re growing with, be a part of our identity, and be unattached to the development we work through.
We’ll open with a meditation, be witnessed sharing the part of ourselves we’re healing, exploring, working with and maybe even sharing our darkness, and then dive into breathwork.
Breathwork is a 2-step active breathing technique that moves stagnant energy in the body. This practice can leave you feeling cracked open and more ready to step into your life as your authentic, natural self.
